Dinner does not have to be difficult. After a hard day's work a simple meal to fill you up on a winter's night.
Penne Pasta, with roast lamb (leftover from Sunday's roast) accompanied with broccoli & cauliflower mix, freshly grated parmesan, drizzled with Fyllikon Extra Virgin Olive oil and topped with my favourite..Gousto olives.
